Touch-free RF proximity sensor that switches and dims LED lights by hand movement, transmitting control signals wirelessly to paired Smart RF receivers.
- This RF emitter is a proximity switch that turns the LED luminaire on or off when a hand passes within its 5 cm detection range, without physical contact. The integrated dimmer function allows you to increase or decrease the brightness by holding your hand close to the sensor for a short duration.
- It acts as a transmitter, sending a radio frequency signal to the Smart RF receiver (sold separately), which can be hidden up to 8 metres away. Each RF emitter can be paired with up to 10 receivers, and each receiver can be paired with up to 10 emitters, offering maximum flexibility for multi-point lighting setups.
- Pairing between emitter and receiver is quick thanks to the built-in buttons and can be reset by pressing for 10 seconds. It also features a learning button that allows emitters to be linked without accessing the receiver — ideal for completed or hard-to-reach installations.
- Powered by a 500 mAh lithium battery, rechargeable via USB-C using a standard 5 V DC charger. A full charge takes approximately 25 minutes with a 5V 2A charger. A full charge provides up to 700 on/off cycles or up to 18 months in standby mode if the emitter is turned off using the integrated ON/OFF switch (recommended for prolonged inactivity). The battery lifespan is approximately 500 full charge cycles.
- Made of black plastic, it is compatible with Smart converters and 12V DC or 24V DC LED luminaires. For easy installation, it includes an adhesive metal base with built-in magnets, allowing the emitter to be easily fixed and removed for recharging, repositioning, or remote activation
To use this sensor using the LED Smart Global Transformer you need to purchase the RF receptor connector.
